Qualifications:
- bachelor degree or above
- Technical Engineering
- be expert at P6/Project or any other Project Management
- 8 or more years site experience in oil filed constrction project
- long-distance pipeline construction project,including 5 more years of planner experience
- be able to complete the project control bidding documents of EPC Contract indepently
- be able to read construction drawing of the Project
- have a good skills of communication and cooperation
- be able to management working time properly and complete tasks on time with good quality
- Strong physical and mental health
- strong pressure resistance and be able to adapt to the working hours and environment of planner
- have experience in Chinese companies preferred
- skilled in reading English, be able to communicate in English freely
- 30-40 years old
- Be a resident of Basra
