- Qualifications & Experience required :-
1, bachelor degree or above, Engineering Technical,Project Management, Planning and Statistics or other relevant major
2, be expert at P6/Project or any other Project Management softward
3, 8 or more years site experience in oil filed constrction project and long-distance pipeline construction project,including 5 more years of planner experience; be able to complete the project control bidding documents of EPC Contract indepently;be able to read construction drawing of the Project
4, have a good skills of communication and cooperation;be able to management working time properly and complete tasks on time with good quality
5, Strong physical and mental health, strong pressure resistance and be able to adapt to the working hours and environment of planner
6, holding relevant positions required qualifications will be preferred
7, have experience in Chinese companies preferred
8, skilled in reading English, be able to communicate in English freely
9, 30-40 years old
- Duties and Responsibilities :-
1, responsible to prepare the planning and process control of oil filed construction and long-distance pipeline
2, responsible for the overall project and process control plan, establish the Project planning system
3, responsible for the preparation of Work Breakdown Structure; prepare detailed schedule, progress measurement system, and the regular delievery of daily, weekly, monthly reports
4, resposnble to verify the completed quantities of the project and cooperate with Cost and Contract Engineer to provide the basis for monthly progress payment of the Project
5, responsible to check and track the project progress and propose measures to correct a deviation
6, provide temporaty progress reports according to the requirements of Control Manager
7,other works related to planning
