Requirements:
1,Extensive experience in gas cutting and welding work
2,Relevant Certificate required
3,Understanding of pipe cutting and beveling, capable of reading and understanding drawings.
4,Knowledge of piping and steel structures materials (Pipes, fitting, flanges, steel profiles, etc.) and consumables (welding roads, gas, etc.)
5,Knowledge of prefabrication activities such as cutting, beveling, rolling, profiling, welding,
6,Knowledge of prefabrication methodologies for piping and steel structures, and capable to fabricate, fitting and install piping/materials
Tasks:
1.Select supports, hangers, and hydraulic cylinders.
2.Select type and size of pipe.
3.Cut, thread, and hammer pipes according to pipe system specs.
4.Use saws and cutting torches to craft proper pipe sizes.
5.Secure pipes to walls and fixtures using brackets, clamps, tools or welding equipment.
6.Repair and maintain pipe systems and components.
7.Resolve problems such as obstructions or holes
