Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Design a curriculum for the Photography Training. Identify required equipment, tools and stationeries.

Train participants about specification of cameras in general and the specific camera used for the training. Including information about how to select or buy a camera.

Train participants about the effect of light, lenses, Shutter Speed, ISO Sensitivity, Exposure, Flash Photography, etc.

Train participants on archiving photographic images and maintain database.

Train participants on computer skills, especially with computer programs such as Photoshop and others.

Promote skills of trainees to become skilled photographers through setting up photographic equipment, taking pictures, editing and retouching images, choosing and setting up locations, reproducing and framing photographs, promoting business, researching and making contacts and general administration.

Train participants on maintaining an in depth understanding of photographic best practices and procedures.

Grade test papers and photographs taken by the trainees.
Required Qualification & Skills;

Education: Photography degree or similar
-
Proven professional shooting experience
-
Good command of English, Arabic and Kurdish Languages.

Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Capture One or other photography specific software

Competency in applying photographic best practices and techniques
-
Knowledge of production process for online publishing and various printing applications

Proficient with traditional and modern equipment

Ability to juggle multiple tasks

Shooting, lighting and printing skills

Background: Ability to manage training sessions
