Meraki Ventures is hiring an Operation Supervisor who will work closely with the operation team, Franchises, and other Operation Officers to support and manage the operational workflow of Advertisement screen devices for acquiring efficiency in showing Advertisements, Communication skills are preferred, if you are highly motivated and results-oriented, apply today!
Duties and responsibilities
- Routinely visit the locations where Advertisement screen devices are active for check-ups to make sure all the Advertising and content are uploaded according to our standard procedure and Checklists.
- Perform maintenance of our Advertisement screen devices (check the iPhone/android chargers and replace them in case 0f malfunction, monitors, battery, and changeability).
- Be the Contact person with the Advertisement screen spots (Restaurants, Cafes, Hotels, Malls, etc...) and make sure their requirements are met.
- Install Advertisement screen devices to new locations and remove devices from locations to our warehouse if it needs to.
- Perform monthly reports to clients on device status.
- Conduct experiments and surveys to ensure customer and client satisfaction.
- Previous experience as an operations supervisor or similar role
- Hands-on experience implementing operational processes
- Excellent project management skills
- Knowledge of operational principles and policies
- Team leadership
- A degree in Management or IT certification is a plus
- Strong prioritization skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Reports to the CEO
- 5 Days a week
