Rules and Responsibilities:
- Greeting new customers, along with updating their location and confirming their orders.
- Checking with restaurants to accept waiting orders.
- Response customers' inquiries via call, Zoho and Info email.
- Checking customers' rating, along with following up with customers and updating their feedback on related excel file.
- Apologize to customers, whose orders will be late.
- Follow up the critical issues with concerned parties (Sales, Monitors, Market...etc.).
- Any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
