Main responsibilities:
a. representing the client's or organization’s interests
b. providing advice on the management of projects
c. organizing the various professional people working on a project
d. carrying out risk assessment.
e. making sure the quality standards are met
f. recruiting specialists and sub-contractors
g. monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
h. overseeing the accounting, costing and billing for local activities
i. reporting to the senior stakeholders on progress
j. Ensure a safe work environment for all employees as well as the utilization of safe work procedures.
