Main Duties & Responsibilities:-
Managing office daily activities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments/etc. for the upper management
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/Proposals as assigned.
- Knowledge of the visa process with either the necessary connections/or ability to make them quickly in order to get visas. Including meet and greet. Include on-boarding of locals is done smoothly
- Coordinate with the lawyer for legal works
- Translating monthly reports, emails, contracts, official letters, and presentations from English to Kurdish
Requirements:-
- Any Nationality
- Expert in MS office
- Very Good Knowledge of English, Kurdish (Oral and Written skills), Turkish Preferable
- Customer services skills
- Local Market knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
