Roles and Responsibilities
- Data collection from field staff and update sites data base
- Cross check the collected data with original data base and assure data accuracy
- Prepare required budget and update actual paid amounts per site
- Report sites data base on weekly bases to the client with required analyses
- Follow up with regional coordinators for data collection and updates
- Enhance field data collection process
Education / Personal Qualification
- Bsc. In telecommunication, IT or equivalent .
- Good MS Office Skill (high skills in Excel )
- Good soft skills (Self Confidence, Communication, active lessening, presentation skills, dissuasion making, team leading, Work under pressure, team work).
- Project Management skills (Planning, data analyses, Risk management, ..)
- Excellent English Skill (Speaking , Writing and reading )
- Good background in accounting with good skills dealing with invoices
