Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Support M&E Manager with collection and storage of accurate ongoing project monitoring data across
  • different locations in Duhok governorate.
  • Support the head of field office as well as CMO in all data collection, analysis, and learning activities
  • to help ensure accountability and efficiency from start to finish for all programs and projects.. S/he will
  • provide technical field support to the M&E unit;
  • Work closely with Program teams to assess field conditions, support capacity building initiatives, and
  • facilitate the collection of quality data under the supervision of Head of field office.
  • Collect and analyze necessary information and data for tracking progress
  • Closely accompany QANDIL’s activities subject to priority and schedule of monitoring department
  • Contribute to preparing monitoring reports (and plans in the future)
  • Ensure that the correct policies and procedures are followed during the time of implementation
  • Understand all aspects of each activity he/she monitors and identify areas of improvement & strengths
  • Being fully aware of the mandate of QANDIL and funders regarding each activity.
  • Follow up on the records of monitoring reports and sequence of activities.
  • Other related tasks to monitoring activities i.e. operational, administrational, etc.
 
Required Qualification & Skills;
  • Bachelor Degree in project management or IT , MBA is preferred;
  • Minimum Three years’ experience in the same position or field, previous experience in reporting is
  • preferred;
  • Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic & English languages;
  • Experience of collecting data at community level
  • Computer literacy for entering data into database
  • Reporting skills and Solid Excel skills;
  • Good level of proficiency in Windows Excel and quantitative analysis
  • Ability to design M&E tools, surveys, surveillance systems, and evaluations 
  • Demonstrated ability to train and build capacity of others
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively and harmoniously with colleagues from varied cultures and professional
  • backgrounds;
  • Ability to handle confidential matters, meet deadlines and work under pressure;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in addition to organizational skill.
  • Personal commitment, efficiency, flexibility, and drive for results.
