Medya Diagnostic Center (MDC) is looking for a qualified nurse to join our PET/CT team. PET/CT Medical Assistants are highly motivated and hard-working individuals, ready to perform administrative and clinical duties. Excellent patient care is at the top of our priorities and Medical Assistants play an essential role in helping patients feel at ease. Position: PET/CT Medical Assistant Location: Erbil Job duties (may include, but not limited to): • Making phone calls to guide patients and explaining procedures to patients. • Taking medical histories and registering patients in the system. • Issuing invoice for patients. • Preparing reports/results for patients. • Sending daily status reports to management • Preparing patients for the scan. • Guiding patients before and after the scan. • Performing basic examinations and drawing blood and inserting and removing cannula. • Instructing patients about medication and pre-procedural guidelines.
