The Marketing Officer is responsible for supporting the marketing department in all activities including online activities (social media, web pages, blogs...) & offline activities (events, campaigns, advertising, branding, promotions...) in order to support the sales operations and positively contribute to the sales growth and the company’s expansion & success.

  • Preparing and planning the regular & additional marketing plans in the beginning of each requested period.
  • Developing and implementing the marketing program and supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.
  • Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales in addition to track the expenses of each campaign and activity, and submit the closing report at the end of the activity and evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities.
  • Perform regular market visits to collect data for ( Shelve – shares, branding , customer awareness , shop knowledge, shop behavior in selling procedures such as Product suggestion or price to sell at, sell out to sell-thru rate, stock in shops, market shares, competition “ new models, visibility, moves, product turnover, promotion, incentives, branding, online & offline advertising”, market sales per gray, our company & competitors, sales drops “ reasons, walk-in drop, conversion drop”.
  • Gather data through sales team meeting, related sales team member brief meeting, retail team, mystery shopper’s reports, weekly field visits, and sales system.
  • Provide weekly brief on action points (Advertising, POPs, BTL, branding, bundles, loyalty programs, incentives, sell-out promotions, tactical promotions...).
  • Manage the execution of any project from (advertising, communication with the concerned stakeholders, material distribution and installation, handling inquiries, delivery...).
  • Guarantee the proper communication of updates (programs, campaigns, bundles, price updates).
  • Set the terms of the partnership contracts with shops (branding, signing, shelve-share…) in coordination with the sales team.
  • Coordinate with the sales supervisor to ensure the proper distribution, products offer, display, dealer’s relationships, complaints.
  • Follow up the POP materials, Giveaways, Branding Campaigns creative with agencies, procurement department and installation vendors, campaign execution.
  • Archives relevant marketing material and build up the marketing department database.
  • Maintains and develop positive relationships with all venues, media partners and suppliers (production and advertising agencies).
  • Submit periodic reports to the marketing manager
  • Assist the marketing department in any event related to the company.

Requirements:

  • BCs degree in Marketing.
  • 1-3 years' experience in Marketing.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office.
  • Advanced marketing, advertising and public relations principles.
  • Media relations principles.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
