Tasks, and Responsibilities

Manage and liaise with the marketing & designs companies for daily, weekly, monthly Plan

Checking and developing the daily activities on Social Media ( FB, Insta and Snapchat)

Design and execution of all Marketing collateral
-
Develops all hotel marketing and promotional collateral according to brand standards
-
Assists Sales & Marketing manager with day to day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested
-
Track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors.

Support the scheduling and organizing of the creation of website content
-
Work with the Sales & Marketing manager to help deliver content for the hotel
-
Represent the hotel in a professional manner in person, in telephone conversations and in written correspondences
-
Managing the media distribution list e.g. keeping it up to date, implementing new contacts, tracking all data
-
Understanding the hotel’s purpose, history, policies and programs
-
Work with mailing system by replying to mail/email, take action and distribute as appropriate.

Other duties as required or assigned
Requirements:

Presentable, confidant and willing to learn
-
Advanced organization skills and good in following up without missing the deadline.

Fluent in English Language & Kurdish, Arabic is plus
-
Accepts flexible work schedule necessary for uninterrupted service to hotel guests

Experience and active in using the social media tools ( Facebook, Youtube, Instagram and Snapchat)

Photographer or has a knowledge in using the professional digital Camera.

Maintains own working area, and materials clean, tidy and in good shape
-
Reports defective materials and equipment to appropriate person within the hotel
-
Continuously seeks to endeavor and improve the department’s efficient operation and knowledge of own job function
