Requirements:

6 years’ experience in a maintenance management role and strong knowledge of the manufacturing industry.

Bachelor's Degree in Maintenance or Engineering or Business are desirable.
Duties:

Maintenance managers control the installation, repair and upkeep of vehicles, trucks, cranes and mechanical system.

Administrative tasks
-
Delegate tasks to subordinates, from painting and repairing to more complex activities like electrical, heating and etc.

Maintenance Manager should be familiar of economic aspects of maintenance management.

Maintenance Manager must be aware of the market price of the items needed for the workshop.

Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading maintenance systems, overseeing the continuous improvement of the manufacturing process and executing long-term strategic plans.

Schedule, train, supervise and motivate employees for the maintenance department.

Ensure efficient repair schedules and review repair cost estimates.
-
Coordinate work performed by outside vendors.

Prioritize the maintenance and repairs of company equipment and parts.

Control and monitor inventory.

Ensure that all vehicles are cleaned, fueled and in proper working order.

Implement safety policies and procedures for the department.
Skills:
