Education Requirements:
Bachler in Administration or Engineering or Business are desirable.
Duties:
1-Maintenance managers control the installation, repair and upkeep of vehicles, trucks, cranes and mechanical system.
2- Administrative tasks
3- Delegate tasks to subordinates, from painting and repairing to more complex activities like electrical, heating and etc.
4-Maintenance Manager should be familiar of economic aspects of maintenance management.
5- Maintenance Manager must be aware of the market price of the items needed for the workshop.
6- Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading maintenance systems, overseeing the continuous improvement of the manufacturing process and executing long-term strategic plans.
7-Schedule, train, supervise and motivate employees for the maintenance department.
8-Ensure efficient repair schedules and review repair cost estimates.
9-Coordinate work performed by outside vendors.
10-Prioritize the maintenance and repairs of company equipment and parts.
11-Control and monitor inventory.
12-Ensure that all vehicles are cleaned, fueled and in proper working order.
13-Implement safety policies and procedures for the department.
Skills:

Requirement: 6 years’ experience in a maintenance management role and strong knowledge of the manufacturing industry.
