MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collect and analyze necessary information and data for tracking progress.

Closely accompany QANDIL’s activities subject to priority and schedule of monitoring department.

Contribute to preparing monitoring reports (and plans in the future).

Ensure that the correct policies and procedures are followed during the time of implementation.
-
Understand all aspects of each activity he/she monitors and identify areas of improvement & strengths.
-
Being fully aware of the mandate of QANDIL and funders regarding each activity.
-
Follow up on the records of monitoring reports and sequence of activities.
-
Other related tasks to monitoring activities i.e. operational, administrational, etc.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS):

Bachelor Degree in Statistics or Project management.

Fresh Graduated student or one year experience in this position or NGO field.

Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic & English Languages.

Excellent Reporting Skill in English is required.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel programs.
