Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Research, select and purchase quality products and materials.
- Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them the best pricing.
- Increases requisitions and updates management on status orders.
- Update inventory and ensure that stock levels are kept at appropriate levels.
- Arrange transport goods and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Analyse market trends and apply this knowledge to make insightful buying decisions.
- Coordinate with inventory team, management, and WH as required.
- Assess quality stock received and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management.
- Processing & following up with invoices up to receiving related payments.
Skills and Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant sector.
- Relevant experience preferred.
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
- Critical thinking and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have a valid driving license and own car to be used.
