Chemonics International seeks applications from qualified candidates for the position of Knowledge Management Specialist. This position will be based in Baghdad, Iraq. The Knowledge Management Specialist coordinates knowledge management for the program, ensuring information is securely stored, aggregated, and disseminated in useful reports and the project dashboard, as well other venues.
Responsibilities include:

Develop guidelines and processes for the projects' information filing system to ensure compliance with Chemonics regulations

If applicable, assist in the design of the projects' dashboard and information database. Manage database once created

Organize the share drive for technical activities and files

Coordinate with hub offices to centralize the projects' files and information

Audit monitoring and Evaluation files to determine missing information

Correlate, track, and number all deliverables from the field

Coordinate and attend events, workshops and training as requested

Maintain Power Point Presentations, review and modify them to make sure that they are in proper and approved format
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required in relevant field

Minimum four (4) years of administrative and knowledge management experience

Compliance experience, knowledge management, database management, communications and/or information technology experience are strongly desirable

Two to three years’ experience with a USAID-funded project or similar international organization preferred

Ability to work both independently and in a team

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Ability and willingness to travel within Iraq and assist in workshops and conferences

Fluency in written and oral Arabic and English is required; written and oral fluency
