Summary:
The target group for the project activities: A supportable returnee may come from neighboring countries (so called third countries i.e. Turkey), the European Union, or specifically Germany. From the German Government’s perspective, the more returnees from Germany and the EU can be supported, the better. But the activities can and shall include all mentioned groups, including IDP and local population, depending on the realities on the ground.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop schedule to assess training needs related to “Know About Business”
  • Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership.
  • Track and compile collected data
  • Conceptualize training materials based on collected data and needs
  • Test and review created materials and conduct training through new developed materials.
  • Conducting site visits to the related area of operation that enhancing trainees interest and knowledge.
  • Review trainees’ performance and learning
  • Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment.
  • Writing final report about training details and training outputs.
Required Qualification & Skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, or business related field
  • Two (2-3) years’ previous experience as a trainer, Know About Business, or related ‎position
  • Good inter-personal skills; excellent communication skills and fluency in Kurdish-‎Kurmanji and Arabic, English is preferred;‎
  • Experience in adult education, Life skills and Vocational training, business support ‎‎(training, coaching and consulting).‎
  • Certification from talent and training associations “Certified trainer”‎
  • Expert in Training of Trainers (ToT);
  • Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching ‎
