Job Summary:

In charge managing a team of Key Account Executives & administering the total relationships with our Key Account partners. This includes operational implementation of all partnership’s agreements


General Duties and Responsibilities:


  1. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  2. Serve as the link of communication between key accounts and internal teams
  3. Resolve any issues and problems faced by key accounts and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  4. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  5. Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders
  6. Training & leading the Key Account team
  7. Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client
  8. Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met
  9. Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions

Liaison with Internal Departments – Cross Functions:


  1. Effective internal communication with cross departments to assure proper implementation of the performance system
  2. Reporting any latency or drop in performance
