Job Summary:
In charge managing a team of Key Account Executives & administering the total relationships with our Key Account partners. This includes operational implementation of all partnership’s agreements
General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Serve as the link of communication between key accounts and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by key accounts and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders
- Training & leading the Key Account team
- Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client
- Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met
- Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions
Liaison with Internal Departments – Cross Functions:
- Effective internal communication with cross departments to assure proper implementation of the performance system
- Reporting any latency or drop in performance
INTERNAL COMMUNICATION:
- All Company Divisions
