MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver Hunting job training to QANDIL beneficiaries.
  • Deliver a variety of learners –concerned, results –based job hunting training course from introductory to advanced levels.
  • Be aware of HR procedures and identify employment opportunities for the beneficiaries.
  • Design a professional syllabus and work plan that meets the standards of the course.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Master’s degree in business management.
  • Minimum 3-year experience in same position or training project or management.
  • Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic and working knowledge of English.
  • Possess former experience as a trainer.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Word programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in addition to organizational skill.
  • Must work well within ethnically diverse teams, and work cooperatively within teams.
