MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver Hunting job training to QANDIL beneficiaries.

Deliver a variety of learners –concerned, results –based job hunting training course from introductory to advanced levels.

Be aware of HR procedures and identify employment opportunities for the beneficiaries.

Design a professional syllabus and work plan that meets the standards of the course.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Master’s degree in business management.

Minimum 3-year experience in same position or training project or management.

Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic and working knowledge of English.

Possess former experience as a trainer.

Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Word programs.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in addition to organizational skill.

Must work well within ethnically diverse teams, and work cooperatively within teams.
