IT Support person will work closely with all departments to perform the following tasks using a combination of solid operational practices, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and teamwork techniques:
1-Manage the daily operations of IT Support Specialist team by managing and scheduling resources.
2-Ensures that all phases of desktop support, including installations, upgrades, software, hardware, operating systems, and operating system configuration issues, are properly coordinated, monitored, tracked, and resolved.
3-Personally handle client issues and communication where sensitive issues are involved.
4-Requires 2+ years of experience in a technical hardware & software supporting Infrastructure.
5-Good knowledge of Network infrastructure and programming issues sufficient to administer hardware
6-Ability to learn rapidly and adapt to a changing technical environment.
7-Strong communication, people, guests service, problem solving and teamwork skills.
8-Education: Bachelor s degree or equivalent in relevant subject areas such as computer Science,Information Technology,MCSE ,CCNA
9-Preferred experience with hospitality environment infrastructure (GPOS,PMS,Outlook,CCTV,Sound system,…)
10-Language Skills: Good communication skills (verbal and written). Fluent in English but multilingual (English – Arabic /Kurdish)
