Job Responsibilities
- Managing CCTV Cameras of all the showrooms and Office premises.
- Managing Attendance systems of all the showrooms and Office employees.
- Managing Internet connection, Wireless networks of all the showrooms.
- Managing Intranet portal accessibility.
- Managing Router, Cisco Catalyst Switches, and office networks, troubleshooting and fixing issues.
- Managing employee's PCs and Network printers.
- Managing NVR and IP Cameras of office premises.
- Managing IP Phones by coordinating with the service provider.
- Managing, monitoring, upgrading the latest application on POS devices with the Management portal.
- Troubleshooting and fixing software & Hardware issues of POS devices with the team.
- Managing Internet connection to POS devices by coordinating with ISP.
- Vendor communication in case of feature enhancements and fixing bugs.
- Directing the IT team and providing IT support to all the employees to fix reported issues instantly and efferently.
