MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners

Be familiar with graphic design applications and map creation software.

Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

Providing technical support
-
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
-
Perform any other duties as assigned by Direct Supervisor.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Bachelor degree in computer engineering, computer science or IT.

Acknowledge of software Map, Graphic design.

Minimum two years’ experience.

Fluency in Kurdish, English and Arabic languages.

Ability to handle confidential matters, meet deadlines and work under pressure;

Personal commitment, efficiency, flexibility, and drive for results.
