Job Title: IT Associate
Work Station: Erbil
Gender: Male
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 4:30PM - 40hrs/week - Sunday to Thursday/.
Reports To: IT Manager
We are looking for a committed and professional individual who is passionate about working with computers and is currently seeking a career within IT.
Duties and responsivities
- Providing level 1 technical support to employees.
- Getting Quotation and procuring IT Devices, peripherals.
- Prepare and passing network cables inside building with professional approach.
- Install Windows/MAC Operating System, Adobe Packages, Microsoft packages.
- Configure Outlook and Network printers on windows or MAC.
- Maintaining record of employee’s IT Assets.
- Maintaining IT Stock Inventory.
- Responding in a timely manner to solve issues and requests.
Desired Skills
- Experience in Network cables installation and passing cables.
- Experience in Desktop/Laptop Hardware installation.
- Experience in Windows/Mac operating system and software installation.
- Experience in MS Office, Adobe packages Installation and outlook configuration.
- Experience in network printers and devices.
- Knowledge about server with Windows/Linux is more advantage.
- Good written and oral communication skill in English language and Kurdish or Arabic.
- The Ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and be knowledgeable about variety of software.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high degree of self-motivation.
- Punctuality and regular attendance are required.
- Ability to work with others in a team environment.
Desired Qualification
- Two years hands-on experience in IT field.
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology.
