Scope and General Purpose:

Responsible for helping the organization meet its productivity goals through sound workforce management. It’s likely that no two days are the same for HR specialists, as fast-changing conditions require new tasks to complete.

  1. Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing job descriptions.

  • Discussing needs and qualifications of potential candidates.

  • Recruiting and interviewing candidates, checking references and performing background checks.

  • Organizing and running orientation sessions.

  • Reviewing compensation and benefits packages.

  • Prepare attendance sheets.

  • Deliver variety training programs as needed.

  • Processing paperwork and maintaining databases.

  • Attending job fairs.

  • Report to HQ any hr related issue or concerns that beyond his/her scope.

2. Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 4 years progressive human resources generalist experience in a high-volume environment.
