* Identify and anticipate human resources management issues
* Enable human resource management strategies and solutions
* Fill the necessary vacancies to enable business Maintains working structure by updating the job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
* Maintains the staff of the organization by establishing recruitment, testing and interviews; prepares the execution and analysis of exit interviews
* Prepare orientation and training programs

* Maintains the history of human resources through the design of a classification and retrieval system, keeping the old and current records
* Complete operational needs of human resources planning and assignment of employees
* Ensure the observance of employee appraisal process
