 * Identify and anticipate human resources management issues

 * Enable human resource management strategies and solutions

 * Fill the necessary vacancies to enable business Maintains working structure by updating the job requirements and job descriptions for all positions

 * Maintains the staff of the organization by establishing recruitment, testing and interviews; prepares the execution and analysis of exit interviews

 * Prepare orientation and training programs

 * Maintains a compensation plan by conducting periodic salary surveys; planning and conducting job evaluations; preparing budgets pay

 * Recommends the implementation and review of the compensation structure

 * Ensures employee discipline and compliance with P&Ps

 * To hear and resolve employee grievances; advises employees and supervisors

 * Maintains the employee benefit programs; recommends benefit programs to the General Manager; directs the processing of claims for benefits

 * Ensures regulatory compliance by monitoring and implementation of human resources according to state requirements; conducting investigations; ensures proper record keeping; represents the organization at the hearings

 * Maintenance management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommend human resources policies and procedures

 * Maintains the history of human resources through the design of a classification and retrieval system, keeping the old and current records

 * Complete operational needs of human resources planning and assignment of employees

 * Ensure the observance of employee appraisal process
