Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
  2. Design and implement effective training and development plans.
  3. Perform quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  4. Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
  5. Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
  6. Track department budgets.
  7. Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Education / Personal Qualification

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.
  2. A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of labor law and payroll processes.
  4. Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
  5. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Solid problem-solving and team management abilities
