NGC Group is looking for a talented HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying best potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates, and develop and implement recruiting plans and strategies designed to fulfill company staffing needs.
HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks.

Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role (2-3 years).
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
Experience with sourcing techniques.
Understanding of referral programs.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Partnering with the HR manager to determine staffing and recruitment needs.
Screening resumes and making sure suitable candidates are selected.
Performing professional in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
Performing reference and background checks.
Making hiring recommendations to the HR Manager and working closely to determine HR needs.
Coordinating interviews with the HR staff and following up on the interview process status.
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process.
Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state
laws regarding employment practices.
Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
Completing timely reports on employment activity.
Conducting exit interviews if necessary on terminating employees.
