Job Title: HR Officer
Company: CHOV Oilfield Services.
Location: Suleimnyiah
Hours of work: 5 days a week – 9:00 am – 5:00 PM
Reports to: General manager.
Role Summary:

• Policies and procedure updates.
• Recruitment
Key Responsibilities,
Tasks and Activities

Review staff handbooks, and keep them updated.

Support staff training and personal development plans.

Support recruitment process for new staff and associates/consultants: Provide job descriptions and manage Interview with candidates.

Work with office administrators to ensure HR records are organized and filed.

Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, search firms, or relocation services.

Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
-
Daily and monthly Update of staff timesheet, absences, payroll and other related paper works.
Requirement and qualifications

+3 years’ experience
-
Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases
-
Experience of working with payroll, and other HR documentations such as timesheet.

Organized and methodical approach to administration and record keeping

Effective communicator, both verbally and written

Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure

Languages: Fluent English and Kurdish - Arabic preferred.
