Task & Responsibilities:

Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;

Develop and support the development of organization job descriptions and postings as required

Prepare monthly payroll reports

Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits

Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.

Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.

Maintain employee records (attendance and data) according to the instructions.

Managing and maintaining contracts, personnel files and other employee information

Recruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms.

Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
What kind of work experience (including length of time), training, and/or level of education is necessary for this position?

Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position.

Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)

Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures

Fluent in Kurdish, English, and Arabic (Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Understanding)
