HR Manager – Arabic Speaking - Catering Company

Our client is an international catering group with an amazing company culture. They are currently looking for a HR Manger to join their fun team!

Your duties will include but not be limited to:
· Oversee a small team of 2
· Monthly reviews of all HR activity alongside the CEO
· Establishment of talent attraction strategy
· Development of training plans
· Recruitment and onboarding
· ER support
· L&D support
· Contribution to P&L Reviews
The ideal candidate:
· Must come from a strong HR background within hospitality – catering, food retail, restaurants or coffee
· Ideally regional experience
· Arabic speaking
· Strong understanding of training processes
· Ideally a HR Qualification
· Incredibly well organised and able to work in a neat and tidy manner
· Adaptable, flexible positive and able to operate in a fast changing and challenging environment
· Attention to detail essential
· Computer literate (Microsoft software: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) worked with customer databases and e-commerce
· Good planning and excellent organisation skills, completer/finisher
· Good attention to detail and accurate in work, follows through on tasks
· Will go that extra mile and has that enthusiasm to lead through
