A leading Middle East based engineering company with its regional office in IRAQ is urgently on the look-out for a professional Iraqi National HR Admin Manager with minimum 5-7 relevant experience. Interested candidates must have strong communication skills and command over oral & written English Language. Candidate will be responsible for conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs to the management during the hiring process, setting up staff development plans in accordance with skills evaluation, organizing staff training delivery process, inductions for new staff, payroll management, developing, implementing and maintaining HR Policies and Procedures, performance management and also responsible for day to day administration management.
- MBA with specialization in Human Resource Management. Professional HRM certification is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation and decision making skills are required.
- Strong skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS Excel is required.
- Ability to use ERP / Microsoft Business Central / Microsoft Dynamics Navision is desirable.
