Duties and Responsibilities:

Comprehend all parts of the building and recognize all the Organization’s elements; from the employee, the directors, managers, even the partners of the organization.

Direct the traffic around QANDIL buildings
-
Monitor all security systems, such as the CCTV, gates, metal detector, alarms, Badging system etc.

Perform careful and precise inspections on vehicles and packages coming into and out of QANDIL offices
-
Take notes of every single daily activity related to security
-
Record and solve the security incidents
-
Understand emergency security procedures and have skill to apply them; such as in fire cases
-
Monitoring and assessing any potential threats to QANDIL Offices and staffs
-
Report in detail any Security incidents and suspicious Action to his supervisor directly by using radio or phone…etc.

Good Reaction in states of emergency.

Perform other duties which may be required by direct supervisor.

To be clearly visible in the identified position ( Guarding Post )during his duty
Required Qualification & Skills;

High School Certification
-
One year experience in related field.

Fluent in Kurdish and good in Arabic, (English Language is an asset). § Confidence in working independently and in motion.

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Ability to work well and problem-solve under pressure and maintain composure under stressful situations.

Resiliently positive and energetic attitude.
