- Ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle (air, sea and land freight).
- Build and maintain good relations with customers to fulfil their requirements.
- Liaising with agents internationally.
- Ensuring that clients are advised and updated on the status of all consignments.
- Taking ownership of complaints and queries and proactively following through to resolution.
- University graduate or equivalent.
- Min 2 years of experience within a customer service oriented organisation.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good command of the English and Arabic language.
