Al-Kasid Company for Commercial Agencies Ltd. Is looking to hire a professional and dedicated Fleet Sales Manager in Erbil.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Automotive Field- Dealerships .
  • Fleet Sales experience not less than 5 years.
  • Good connections and communications with private and Governmental Sectors.
  • Sales management skills.
  • Implement Sales Processes that supports Customer Satisfaction Sales Standards
  • Coordinate with Customer Care Executive to conduct in-house Fleet Customer Satisfaction
  • Survey; monitor results of the same and implement process strategies to continually improvecustomer satisfaction ratings.
  • Provide a customer record and follow-up system, resolve customer complaints and build loyal clientele for the dealership.
  • Establish, maintain and supervise a sales system that includes effective prospecting, demonstration, customer handling, closing and delivery programs
  • Keep updated on current new car / truck markets trends, competitive activities and pricing.
  • Submit the daily Prospect report, lost order reports and customer feedback to the GM on a weekly basis
  • To establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments as appropriate
  • To prepare for and participate in meetings with management and other department personnel and internal sales meetings
  • To work with the Service Manager (or other appropriate personnel) in establishing new vehicle prep standards
  • To manage departmental expenses effectively
  • To coordinate with GM & HR department for recruiting, hiring, orientation, staffing levels and pay plans (including incentives and fringe benefits)
  • To establish and maintain practices designed to train, develop and motivate department employees in co-ordination with Manager – Training & Development
  • To utilize job descriptions, including performance criteria to communicate expectations, monitor and measure individual employee effectiveness.
  • To provide constructive feedback to employees on an ongoing basis as needed and duringthe formal appraisal process.
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES
 
Essential:
  • Graduate in Commerce/Business Studies with 3-5 years of experience in Automobile sales
  • Very good communication / negotiation skills
  • High leadership qualities
  • Computer literate
  • Graduate in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering
