Job Description: Gateway for Communications seeking a creative Finance officer to work under the Senior finance officer of the Finance department and with our Finance team to achieve our business’ goals. The Finance officer will be responsible working with other Departments to develop and proceed financial system that are resilient and perform at scale, whilst eliminating limitations in our capacity building, work development and test workflows
Responsibilities:
1- Financial review for all document support to finalize the payment request regarding the company policy
2. Abilities to work in multiple financial system to Enter the payment request, journal voucher, accrual, amortization, …, etc.
3. Have experience in Bank reconciliation, cash reconciliation and General ledger reconciliation
4. Preparing Cash projection and cash flow
5. Have knowledge to Work in the procurement plan and PR’s reconciliation with budgeting and Budget Variance Analysis (BVA) to avoid over budget and realignment.
6. Have good communication skills & coordinating with vendor for customers satisfaction.
7. Abilities to archiving filing system.
8. Have knowledge of working in inventory system and stores reconciliation
9. Have knowledge of Calculated proof and loss in the monthly closure
10. Have abilities for handling cash and bank transactions
Requirements:
- Abilities to Tracking payments and good skills in excel sheet
- Organized person and have abilities work under pressure to meet the deadline
- Established qualified work plan for teamwork to avoid time consuming
- Accurate person and have flexibilities to work in multiple tasks and positions
- Have a knowledge in the Month closure of financial process in the end of month or annual year closure.
- Reporting to Senior finance officer for any task delegations
Iraqi person and have Ability to speak English and/or (Arabic, Kurdish). Though, as a company, we communicate in English, most of our customers speak Arabic and/or Kurdish, so it can be useful to be able to communicate with them.
