The role of this position, Finance Assistant, is to support the daily finance activities of Finance Department in Suly Office.
Key Accountabilities
The jobholder's main accountabilities are to:

Daily bookkeeping.

Assist preparing payment list, bank letters and processing payments.

Help managing all cash flows on the daily basis.

Support producing weekly and monthly reports

Document filing and archiving in accordance with company policies, procedures and compliance rules
Skills and Knowledge
-
Fluency in written and oral English & Kurdish.

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Software specifically Word, Excel and Power Point
-
2-3 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in oil and gas industry

Ability of analytical thinking and problem solving
-
Sun Systems knowledge is an asset.

Good communication skills, pro-active and multitasking.

Highly motivated to comply with company policies and procedures

Flexibility and ability to communicate and work with offices in Ankara and London finance, including other functions
