The role of this position, Finance Assistant, is to support the daily finance activities of Finance Department in Suly Office. 
 
Key Accountabilities 
The jobholder's main accountabilities are to: 
  • Daily bookkeeping. 
  • Assist preparing payment list, bank letters and processing payments. 
  • Help managing all cash flows on the daily basis. 
  • Support producing weekly and monthly reports 
  • Document filing and archiving in accordance with company policies, procedures and compliance rules 
 
Skills and Knowledge 
  • Fluency in written and oral English & Kurdish. 
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Software specifically Word, Excel and Power Point 
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in oil and gas industry 
  • Ability of analytical thinking and problem solving 
  • Sun Systems knowledge is an asset. 
  • Good communication skills, pro-active and multitasking. 
  • Highly motivated to comply with company policies and procedures 
  • Flexibility and ability to communicate and work with offices in Ankara and London finance, including other functions
