MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create and improve the filing systems.

Collect documents and transfer data to the filing system.

Assign codes to documents.

To identify possible additional needs of assistance.

Pay attention to details and accuracy.

Detect and eliminate errors and duplicates.
-
Perform other duties required by direct supervisor.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS):

One years of relevant work experience.

IT skills and finance background is an asset.

Good knowledge of common practices and procedures of particular fields.

Effective communication skills with good interpersonal skills.

Having organizational skills.

Being able to train other staff members.
-
Being able to work individually and without supervision.
-
Being able to work under pressure.
-
English & Arabic language is required in addition of Kurdish.
