The Iraq Community Resilience Initiative – Ta’afi (ICRI-Ta’afi) is a United States Agency for International Development Office of Transition Initiatives (USAID/OTI) program implemented by Chemonics International in Iraq. ICRI-Ta’afi aims to increase stability in Iraq by supporting accelerated recovery in conflict-affected areas, improvement of the public’s perception of local leadership, and strengthened social fabric of Iraqi communities.
Reporting
The Field Program Coordinator (FPC) reports to the Program development Officer(PDO)
Work Location
The position is based in Sinjar-Nineveh-Iraq
Responsibilities:

Identify potential grantees, develop grant proposals, and participate in the proposal review process if necessary.

Define grant implementation strategies and budgets as needed.
-
Assist with all field activities.
-
Monitor the progress of each grant and provide reports.
-
Assist in procurement functions
-
Assist in scheduling and facilitating meetings with past, current, and prospective grantees,
-
Providing updates and briefings on the evolving situation in the field.
-
Conduct situational awareness and contextual analysis on the geographic and surrounding areas
-
Assist with general administrative and operational issues in coordination with other program staff.
