  • Organize, check, supervise and follow up the implementation of the process and daily work of the camp.
  • Carry out site measurements on the daily basis.
  • Preserve the confidentiality of work and not to pass information to anyone except co- workers and his/her supervisor.
  • Take responsibility in work and also in receiving and receipt materials or documents.
  • Ability to control and to work systematically, also must be able to communicate with the people and the environment.
  • Prepare and submitting reports and inventory as required.
  • To identify possible additional needs of assistance.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly report.
  • Communicate with internal employee and UNHCR staff.
  • Attend meeting on fortnightly basis.
  • Follow and prepare the camp staff attendance and report it to HR.
  • Any other tasks that related to all the projects that QANDIL have should be implemented in appropriate manner such as Cash, Shelter Renovations, Educations, etc.
  • Bachelor Degree in Survey.
  • Two years practical experience in the field.
  • Minimum one year professional experience in Surveying.
  • Proven abilities to work with host and IDP.
  • NGO experience preferred.
  • Experience in site measurements
  • Knowledge of computer Programmer (Auto Cad, Civil 3D, Microsoft packages and etc…)
  • Work well in and promotes teamwork, strong community outreach skills details Oriented, honest, flexible and able to handle pressure well.
  • Fluency in Kurdish and English is essential, Spoken and written in Arabic advantage.
