Chemonics is seeking expressions of interests from local firms with the skills and experience needed to provide technical assistance to strengthen the advocacy and outreach capacity of local civil society groups in Ninewa and Anbar provinces. The local firms are asked to submit an expression of interest that demonstrates their capacity to complete the following tasks:

Provide training to three different cohorts, each with their unique needs based on their capacity and target audience. The training will cover both foundational and advanced concepts depending on the capacity of the local partner.

Produce a simplified advocacy and outreach plan template that could be used to support campaigns designed and implemented by the local partners. The template should account for digital and in-person activities and consider the unique requirements for the different target geographic areas.

Provide ongoing mentoring support to local organizations on advocacy and outreach capacity.

Produce a simplified advocacy and outreach manual that covers practices and lessons learned.

Produce an interactive digital training module on advocacy and outreach.
