We are looking for a competent Executive Administrative Assistant with minimum 2years experience related to Administrative tasks. The candidate will provide secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. Must have a good command of the English & Arabic languages. Has computer knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint). Salary package will be discussed upon interview.
Part of tasks are:
- Acting as the administrative point of contact between the CEO and internal/external Clients.
- Handling executives’ requests and queries appropriately.
- Preparing, filing and organizing documents and reports.
- Recording Minutes of Meeting.
- Making the executives’ travel arrangements.
- Performing basic accounting tasks.
