Requirements:
- Collaborate closely with clients and their internal teams.
- Be the central contact with all vendors associated with each event.
- Create and implement a planning timeline.
- Build and maintain budgets and track expenses.
- Respond flexibly and creatively to changing needs as directed by the client, venue, and/or budget.
- Provide excellent on-site leadership during events.
- Precise attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Computer skills
-  Experience in project management or events planning /coordinating.
