Reports to IT Manager or Team leader. He/She will be responsible for managing enterprise solutions for NassWallet. The candidates must have both business skills and technical IT knowledge and demands an ability to manage multiple high-level tasks under pressure. He/she will be responsible for the complete operation and administration of NassWallet enterprise applications from account and user management to configuring platform parameters, configuring business configurations, defining and configuring services, products, financial related rules, configure commissions and fees related to products. In addition to that, he/she must be able to define and configure technical vendors and. support integration to new technical services providers. The candidate must conduct research, develop proposals, and supervise the design process.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
He/She will be responsible for managing enterprise solutions for NassWallet.
The candidate will be responsible for the complete operation and administration of NassWallet enterprise applications from account and user management to configuring platform parameters, configuring business configurations, defining and configuring services, products, financial related rules, configure commissions and fees related to products
Ensure the service availably, troubleshoot, and liaise with vendors for smooth fixing for any issues
Develop test plans to verify the logic of new or modified features and services.
Plan, coordinate, test, and communicate changes, upgrades/maintenance schedules, and new services with NassWallet and clients, ensuring business operations will operate correctly in current and future environments.
Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required
Support the integration between NassWallet enterprise solutions and other third parties based on business requirements
Identifying and resolving technical issues
Design and implement new reports when needed
Participate in development and implementation of training and documentation
Interfaces with client and vendor IT personnel and determines best method of remote connection, given available technologies
Solving problems with the concerned departments within the company and with the Central Bank
Checking and verifying the daily, weekly and monthly reports of the concerned parties
Assist other Technical Services personnel with troubleshooting and training
Performs special projects and other duties as assigned
Skills & Requirements
Associates degree, MIS or equivalent; or equivalent work experience in computer science, engineering or business management.
1-3 yrs. experience in related filed
Skills and qualification:
Work experience in managing enterprise applications.
Work experience and exposure to banking enterprise applications
Experience in IT-Management related works
Experience in managing and administering enterprise applications such oracle, and financial related- applications.
Communication and troubleshooting issues with vendors
Meeting technical SLA of the company with the vendors
Hardware/software installation and support
Knowledge of computing infrastructures
Familiarity with server management and monitoring tools
Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Strong interpersonal skills to assist non-technical individuals with complex technical issues
