• Inspection of the Drill Pipe , In Accordance to DS - I specification category 4 Buffing Full
Lengths Body ,Visual Thread Inspection , OD Gage Full Length , Visual Body Inspection
, MPI Upset Pin / Box , UT Wall thickness , Dimensional ,Electromagnetic Inspection(
EMI )Inspection HWDP ,
• Drill Collar and Various Subs ( BHA ) , In accordance to TH HILL DS - I category 3 - 5
Buffing Full Length Body , Visual Thread Inspection , Black light on Pin and Box
connection and full body ,
• For HWDP Magnetic Particle, Inspection on Centre Wear Pad Magnetic Particle
Inspection on slips recess and Elevator recess for Drill Collar Hard band Apply on the
Box tool joint for Drill Pipe, Slip, elevator, Pin and Box for Drill Collar and Pin, Box and
Centre wear pad for HWDP
• Implementation of Company in-house Lifting Standards / Code of Practices &
procedures at all sites
• Verification/Thorough Examination/Load Test of Mobile Cranes such as Truck-Mounted
Crane,
• All Terrain Crane, Crawler Crane, Rough Terrain Crane, and Lorry Loaders, Industrial
Forklifts.
• Verification/Thorough Examination/Load Test of Electrically Operated Overhead
travelling Crane, Slewing Jib Cranes and Davits.
• Verification/Thorough Examination/Load Test of Runway Beams. Verification/Thorough
Examination/Load Test of Hand Powered Equipment’s such as Chain Block, Lever Hoist,
and Winches beam Trolleys, Snatch block and Hydraulic Jacks. Verification/Thorough
Examination of Lifting Gears such as Wire rope sling, Shackles, Hooks, Sheave Blocks
etc.
