MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and implement the distribution of NFI and Food items including site selection, site preparation or registration status, distribution, re-stocking, crowd and the verification handling of supervisor volunteers on site complaints.

Inform the community of the date, location and eligibility requirement for the distribution if required, participate in the initial needs assessment to help the program gain a better understanding of the scope and location of crisis

promptly identify and recommend solutions to technical issues

Monitor progress against work plan, promptly identifying any current or potential delays distribution

Fully comply with QANDIL safety and security procedures and provide input to security monitoring and assessments to enable and promote a safe and secure environment for program implementation

Collect and compile key distribution data including registration lists, distribution lists and distribution reports

Participate in monitoring and evolution activities directly or by providing feedback to the monitoring and evolution team

Other duties as assigned by the supervisor to enable and develop QANDIL programs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS):

Minimum one year professional experience in emergency programming, distribution, logistics or community outreach preferred.

Diploma or High school certificate.

Proven abilities to work with host and IDP

NGO experience preferred

Work well in and promotes teamwork, strong community outreach skills details Oriented,honest, flexible and able to handle pressure well.

Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic is essential, Spoken and written English in advantage.
