Digital Marketing Manager is generally responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy. In addition, It is responsible for managing, guiding and training digital marketers and other marketing positions in the team.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
❖ Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media, News
❖ Design, build and maintain our social media presence
❖ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
❖ Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
❖ Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
❖ Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
❖ Design and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals.
❖ Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help achieve corporate marketing goals.
❖ Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
❖ Reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan.
❖ Monitor the effectiveness of social engagement with customers and page followers/fans.
❖ Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and

❖ Administer the partnered YouTube channels and their assets on YouTube CMS and contribute content for it’s brand social media pages.
